Christopher Robert Evans is an American actor. His career began with performances in television shows such as in Opposite Sex, which aired in 2000. Following appearances in several teens' films, including 2001's Not Another Teen Movie he was noticed for his performance of the Marvel Comics character, the Human Torch in 2005's Fantastic Four and its sequel Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007). Evans was featured in a variety of films based on graphic novels and comics, like TMNT (2007) Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2009) as well as Snowpiercer (2013). In numerous Marvel Cinematic Universe film, including Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2017) and Captain America: Civil War (2017) as well as in the ensemble films The Avengers Age of Ultron (2017) Avengers: Infinity War Infinity War(2018) and Endgame (2009), his character of Captain America/Steve Rogers earned him more recognition. The Marvel films helped him become one of Hollywood's most well-paid actors.
