Rosalia Vila Also known as Rosalia Rosaly, is a Spanish singer from flamenco. Since her teenage years, Rosalia Vila is a part of popular music and flamenco. Her music also strays into different genres such as hip-hop soul and trap. Her voice is called by no less of a talent than flamenco musician Pepe Habichuela as sharp and sweet but with a bite like the old ones. El Mal Querer is her 2nd album, which was made available in 2018, which has been a commercial and critical success. After Los Angeles, her debut album released in 2017, she got a Latin Grammy for Best New Artist and also an Latin Grammy nod. La Fama, featuring The Weeknd came out in 2021. Motomami will be her third album. She collaborated with many producers and artists, such as Cory Henry. The set came out in the month of March 2022, following an Saturday Night Live performance featuring the hit song Chicken Teriyaki. Rosalia was the first Spanish singer to perform solo on the program. Along with taking home three more Latin Grammy Awards for Motomami Rosalia also became the first female to be awarded this award twice. Latin Album of the Year twice.
